Pansy's Info...

Breed: Golden Retriever/Spitz (Unknown Type, Large) Mix Color: Tan/Yellow/Fawn - With White Age: Adult
Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg) Sex: Female ID#: Kathy D-MS
Pansy's Story...
Pansy is about 1.5 years old. We are guessing that she is a Spitz/Golden retriever/Yellow Lab mix of some sort. She is smart as a whip, doesn't really shed at all, and has that beautiful golden color.and a beautiful little face, too. Pansy was mis-treated by a family and left outdoors all the time. She was basically shy and is now starting to trust people. We need a special family who will be very gentle with her and just treat her with kindness and love, love, love. Please call 603-332-2965 or email me pepperten@metrocast.net for more information about Pansy.
Our rescue doesn't have an actual shelter building in your area or mine. Therefore, it is not possible to meet the dogs and pups prior to their adoption. They are brought up north on a USDA transporter whose web site is www.gotransporters.com and beginning every Thursday afternoon through the last delivery on Saturday afternoon you can follow the transporter on Facebook by logging onto their site at www.facebook.com and go to the search bar and type in Got Orphans Transport. This is a fun way to see all of the dogs and pups and perhaps even see your own as they travel to their forever homes.

Rescue Group Info...

About Our Rescue Group...
We rescue dogs/pups from Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia. We are a small rescue and we work real hard to find good adoptive homes for all of our dogs and puppy's.
Our dogs are temperament tested, UTD on vaccines, rabies vaccine (age appropiate), heart worm tested (over 6 months) and neutered or spayed (over 6 months) and only good family dogs are available for adoption. Please consider a black dog because black dogs are not adopted as often as their light colored friends. Call Janice at 603-332-2965 or email her at pepperten@metrocast.net

Our Adoption Process...
You will need to call us at 603-332-2965 or email us at pepperten@metrocast.net for an application as this is the first step in the adoption process. Once we receive your application, we will give you a call and answer any questions that you may have.

We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties...
We adopt out in the Northeast states. We are in need of adopters for our pups due to low adoptions here in KY and over population. Most of these beautiful pups are out of time. These pups and dogs do not have much time left due to so many animals being surrendered to the shelter. If you are looking for a best friend or wanting to add a new member to the family, please consider saving a life.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pansy, a Rochester Golden Retriever/Spitz (Unknown Type, Large) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Spitz (Unknown Type, Large) for sale in Rochester, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Spitz (Unknown Type, Large) dog from a breeder in Rochester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rochester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rochester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Spitz (Unknown Type, Large) breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Spitz (Unknown Type, Large) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rochester paves the way for another one to be saved.
