Nikki's Story...
You can visit with Nikki (and Ricky, orange/white) at the Petsmart in Lake Forest, CA (on El Toro Rd). We hold adoptions every Sat/Sun from 12noon-3pm or for an appointment to visit with Nikki & Ricky please call 949-829-0036.

Nikki is a little shy at first in new surroundings but with a little patience and love she starts to come out of her shell. If you're looking for a loving and affectionate kitty then Nikki is your girl. She loves to pet, brushed and talked to. Once she feels safe and comfortable she loves to play. Nikki came to the rescue with her companion, Ricky and they love to snuggle together and comfort each other. We are looking for a new Forever Home where Nikki and Ricky can be adopted together. They must be the only cats in their new home. Nikki and Ricky are both front declawed. They will make great companions for someone special!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nikki, a Foothill Ranch Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Foothill Ranch, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Foothill Ranch.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Foothill Ranch already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Foothill Ranch breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Foothill Ranch paves the way for another one to be saved.
