Tulah's Story...
Tulah is an 8-week old baby girl with a heart of gold. She is black and white with a little black spot under her chin. She purrs and purrs, loves to be held and snuggled, and can play all day. Life is a party for Tulah, but when she gets sleepy, she wants nothing more than to be held tight and loved on by foster-mom. Her best friend in the world is her sister Tess, who looks just like her, minus the spot on her chin. She gets along great with her foster brothers and sister, and is a pure joy to have around. She has been de-wormed, had her first round of shots, and will be spayed and get her second round of shots very soon. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tulah, a Clarksville Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Clarksville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Clarksville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Clarksville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Clarksville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Clarksville paves the way for another one to be saved.
