Do you know me? I think I'm lost. I was found in a storm drain (yes you read that right). I'm about 7, a boy and someone cared enough to have me fixed. I don't know what happened, but I'm here now. They call me "Norton", they tell me it's after the guy in "The Honeymooners" that worked in the sewer. Very funny.
But seriously, folks. I really think I am lost. The good people at the society is trying to locate my caretakers, but if they can't find them, I'll be interviewing candidates!

Established in 1976, the Long Beach Humane Society is a non-profit, non-salaried, volunteer organization, independent of political constraints and geographic boundaries.
We exist for the humane treatment of our most unfortunate and neglected animals and orphans from the City of Long Beach and surrounding area.
Some of our work includes: Feeding, providing shelter and veterinary care for the rescued or abandoned felines our care until we can adopt them to someone to live in their forever home. We also have a foster care program for special needs animals and orphaned kittens. Other volunteers help with feral cat feedings and TNR. We are a proud participant in Maddies Fund and are partners with NYC's Animal Alliance.
