Valentine's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, and up to date with shots.

Valentine's Story...
Valentine was found as a stray, no tags, no chip, no hope. Lucky for her, she decided to catch her breath in the driveway of a home with three other German Shepherds. Coincidence? We don't think so. All efforts to reunite her with her owner failed.

Valentine is a beautiful, bright, sassy, old spayed 2-year old female German Shepherd. We would describe her as high-energy and suspect that she would excel in an agility program. Valentine has bonded quickly with her trainers and others who walk and socialize with her. She is exceptionally smart and has loads of potential.
Valentine is a small shepherd, so if you admire the breed, but are reluctant to adopt are large dog, Valentine is for you. After all, great things often come in small packages!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Valentine, a Altadena German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Altadena, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Altadena.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Altadena already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Altadena breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Altadena paves the way for another one to be saved.
