My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi!!! My name is Mercedes and you have no idea how hard it was for me to get here. I was picked up by the animal control officer of a rural county shelter. He found me with duct tape and pencils splinting both of my front paws. When he took them off, he found that both of my front legs were badly fractured. A lady who is now my foster Mom snatched me away and took me straight to the vet. We had to find a specialist to do surgery on both of my legs!! Boy, you should see me now...I can run and play like all the other puppies. I am current on all my vaccine, heartgard and frontline. I have already been spayed and microchipped. I am very thankful to my foster mom, the great vets and all the people who care so much about me, but I would really like one of those forever homes I keep hearing about. That sounds like the perfect place for me!! If you think ou might want to give a girl a chance, email saveourshelterdogs4@yahoo.com for an application and a chance to meet me. My adoption fee is $200 to help recover some of my vetting.
