Arrival Story: Curley was originally rescued from a hoarding situation and was taken to a shelter on the west side of the state (Michigan). Due to the shelter being so overcrowded, the shelter asked for assistance in getting some dogs out so Faithful Friends took in Curley and Goldie from their shelter.
Age / Weight: Curley is approx. 8-10 years old and about 8 lbs. He is on the older side but could easily live another 8-10 years given his breed.
Personality Description: Gentle, sweet, snuggly are the words that come to mind for this boy! He's just the sweetest boy and loves to snuggle on his foster mom's lap. He gets along fine with all the other dogs in the home and is a quiet boy.
Ideal Forever Home: Curley would make a great pet for a retired person or couple or for someone who is looking for a devoted companion.

Completing this pre-adoption application does not obligate you to adopt this dog but does give us more information on your personal situation. This helps us ensure that our dogs are going to homes best suited for their personalities and energy levels.
Please understand that it may take several days to process your application. Our volunteers all work full time jobs and do their rescue work in their spare time, so please be patient. Someone will follow up with you.
