My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Toby is a sweet, one-eyed male Pekingese. He is so handsome, it doesn't matter that he's missing an eye. He is in a foster home in KY.

(Note from foster Mom: Great little guy. Very affectionate. Gets along well with other dogs but tends to want to be the alpha male. Already Neutered. House and crate-trained. Quiet, doesn't pester, but affectionate. Remaining eye is clear.)

He's spirited when it comes to walks. He gets so excited, so he pulls. He loves to "water" the lawn. I recommend a harness for him because they are more secure than just a collar and a leash. We could possibly be a flight risk, if not properly restrained. He's very active when he's outside.

He gives kisses and is very lovable!

UPDATE: His new foster mom says that he is so mannerly when he eats. He is so loving. Gets along well now with her 2 males. At first, she thought they wouldn't get along, but now they are friends. She says he is so smart and so sweet. He just wants to be near you all the time. Sounds like he was just starved for affection.
