Azami's Story...
Would you like to hear about our dog of the week? (Of course you would!) Meet Azami...She is a purebred, blue-eyed Siberian Husky. Azami loves people of all ages, likes cats and other dogs. She is a good girl who will sit by you and snuggle, is house broken, likes to play tug of war with her favorite rope, and she LOVES to lay out in the sun and sun bathe. She responds well to basic commands; Knows the commands sit, down, off, release. She is kennel trained and is getting better not pulling on lead. She does get excited easy and is very happy to see you when you get home.

She will do best in a home that knows the husky breed. As a husky she can be an escape artist, so a 'husky' proof fenced back yard is a must. Azami ''talks" and it sounds like she says WHAT WHAT WHAT with the husky voice ;)

She came from a BAD situation and was very neglected

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Azami, a Alliance Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky for sale in Alliance, or seeking a Husky dog from a breeder in Alliance.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Alliance already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Alliance breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky breeders who help with Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Alliance paves the way for another one to be saved.
