Sadie's Story...
Sadie is a 2 yr old blonde lab mix. She is a sweet, lovable dog whose only desire is to please.
Sadie is wonderful with children of all ages.
She is very active and loves walks.
Sadie is housebroken and well behaved indoors.
She has had an injury to her left eye which has damaged her ocular nerve. A daily eye drop helps her pupil to work properly. This injury does not slow her down with or without her eyedrops.
Sadie is crate trained and prefers sleeping in her crate at night over her dog bed.
She would be happiest with an active family that likes to spend time outdoors.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sadie, a Alliance Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Alliance, or seeking a Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Alliance.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Alliance already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Alliance breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Alliance paves the way for another one to be saved.
