Moe's Story...
Moe is a wonderful little guy. He is about 12 weeks old. He loves people and other cats. He is playful, friendly, outgoing and active. Moe loves his toys and his scratching post. He also loves laying upside down in his little bed. He likes to be held upside down in your arms like a baby. Moe was rescued off the kill list at a very high-kill shelter. He has a malformed left eye that will be removed and closed up when he is neutered. If it's not taken care of now he will have eye infections all his life. He has a small cloudy spot on his remaining eye but he sees well, gets around perfectly. Runs and jumps like there isn't anything wrong. He is just a great little kitty. His neuter and eye surgery will be done this coming Thursday 10/11/12. He has his first and second distemper shots, is negative for FIV and FeLV and is microchipped. This cat will be at our Petco adoption center on Rt 1 in Edison, south of Rt 287, in the Home Depot shopping center, open Sat & Sun, 11 to 4:30. For directions, go to our web site. CHECK BACK AT ARF.PETFINDER.COM ON SAT & SUN MORNINGS AT 8:30 TO SEE IF ANYTHING HAS CHANGED.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Moe, a East Brunswick Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in East Brunswick, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in East Brunswick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in East Brunswick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a East Brunswick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in East Brunswick paves the way for another one to be saved.
