Rain's Story...
Rain came to us from Pinal county as a stray. This sweet girl had an owner and was contacted regarding her whereabouts but never showed to pick her up. After 3 weeks sitting in her cell, she was red carded to be PTS for fear. She was so scared in the back of her kennel she wouldn't even come forward to smell. Once we took her out to meet Kara who she would be riding home with she became a whole new dog. Nothing but tail wags and kisses from then on out, her true lab came out! Rain needs someone she can depend on from here on out to always be there. If you are looking for the labrador personality in a pocket size, Rain is the gal for you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rain, a Scottsdale Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
