BOOMER is a male Shih Tzu puppy about 3-4 months old who is looking for a forever home. He was brought into Animal Control as a stray with a "broken leg". That broken leg ended up being a broken pelvis, but he has healed with some TLC from his foster mom. He is an active young man with lots of love and life to give who is now ready for his forever home.
