HISTORY: CANDICE was found as a shy stray who started coming to her rescuer's door for food and to socialize with the two indoor cats living there.  Late one rainy night, she was sitting by the door again, soaking wet and meowing for food.  Concerned for her welfare, her rescuer called us, a Felines & Friends volunteer drove over and picked her up, and now CANDICE is in a foster home.
TEMPERAMENT: CANDICE is very sweet, but a bit shy until she gets to know you.  Her ideal home would have one or two other playful cats with whom she could socialize, and/or a person who is home a lot and could give her lots of attention.  CANDICE is a petite, pretty girl with a short coat, torbie (tortoiseshell/tabby) markings and some white patches.
AGE: born approx. 2/1/12.
