I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, good with kids, and not good with dogs.
Up and at ‘em, Atom! This very handsome brindle staffie is only around 18 months old and weighs about 55 lbs. He was surrendered by his family who state he is house trained and is good with both adults, kids and even babies. He is very active and playful. Atom is strong on the leash, so an investment in some basic obedience training would really pay off to help get him started on the right paw, as he seems willing to please. Our volunteers report that once he is away from all the barking dogs in their kennels, he settles down and walks very well on leash. He's attentive to his handler and very friendly. Atom should be the only dog in the home, This is quite a nice boy that deserves a new loving family that has the time and energy to give him lots of exercise, playtime and some training. If you are up for it, so it Atom! Atom is a member of our Pooch With Perks Program! When you adopt, you will receive a Doggie Goodie Bag donated by the Friends of Burlington County Animal Shelter! UPDATE: And now, in addition to the Goodie Bag, one of our volunteers has very generously offered to rebate the full shelter adoption fee to the adopter!
