Penny was found as a stray and gave birth soon after..she is a sweet girl who loves attention and deserves a home that will never abandon her especially in such a state. This little girl is getting spayed and she will never have to have babies again. Penny loves to play ball and just needs the chance to be a dog, surrounded by a loving a family.
