Thomas (TOM)'s Story...
Give a warm welcoming hug to TOM ! He is an all around wonderful guy. He loves belly rubs and likes playing and going for walks with the other female saints in rescue. He is gentle around kids and even gives them kisses but he seems to be drawn more to adults. He is a little shy in a crowd and will “hide” behind you and then he will peek around you to see who he wants to go get loves from. Check out his pics - you will quickly see how lovable and affectionate this guy is. Complete your application and come meet Tom - he is waiting for you. http://saintrescue.org/adoption_application.htm

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Thomas (TOM), a Glendale St. Bernard dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a St. Bernard for sale in Glendale, or seeking a St. Bernard dog from a breeder in Glendale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glendale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glendale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even St. Bernard breeders who help with St. Bernard rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glendale paves the way for another one to be saved.
