My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Miss Parker was rescued from a public shelter by Happy Strays when she was just a kitten. She was adopted and we thought she had found her lifelong home. A few years later, her former foster mom got a call from an animal shelter that Parker was found abandonned in a parking lot and they were able to find us by tracking her microchip information. After a few months, Parker was adopted out again to what we again thought was her forever home. Sadly, that was not the case. After they got new cats that Parker was not happy with, they decided that Parker no longer was to be a part of their family. She came back to us overweight, her fur covered in mats and now a middle aged cat.

Despite all of the heartbreak Parker has experienced with being abandoned by the people she loved and trusted, she is still as sweet as can be. She is a big, beauty who loves to talk, adores being petted and brushed and really seems very fond of children with whom she has been very gentle and affectionate. She would make a wonderful family pet!

If you are the family who will cherish Parker and that Parker has been waiting her whole life for, please contact Annette at annette@happystrays.org
Parker is shown for adoptions at the Santa Clarita Petco Saturdays 11-4.
