Agatha's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Agatha is a lovely 7 year old Mini Poodle/Bichon who came to us after a life of making puppies for her owner to sell. She is shy but does make an effort to interact with her foster Mom although she is still terrified of people, especially in new situations. She is doing very well with her crate training and is good with other dogs. Physical fence & another small dog in the home are required.

About Delaware Alliance for Animal Welfare Groups, Inc.

About Our Rescue Group...

DELAWARE ALLIANCE FOR ANIMAL WELFARE GROUPS, INC.

We are a 501C3 tax-exempt organization. Our Mission is to measurably improve the lives of unwanted domestic animals and to prevent their needless suffering and death; to increase public awareness of the plight of these animals; to rescue, maintain and place animals abandoned to kill-shelters and discarded by volume breeders; and finally, to educate the public about the social issues associated with pet overpopulation and the benefits of spaying and neutering their pets.

Our Adoption Process...

Our fees are based upon age and health of the dogs and cats. All applicants are required to complete an application and agree to a home visit. We require a signed contract.
