Serenity is a 6 month old kitten. She is a large girl (big boned actually, LOL!) and she's just is months old. She's been tested, she was negative/negative, she's been spayed, had her rabies and distemper shots, so she's all set to find her new Forever Home! She's at Petco in Providence every Sunday, from 10 am to 3 pm. She's not too happy there, she'll hide under her blanket. We think that all the dogs barking at the vet shot clinic upsets her. Her foster Mom says she;s sweet and loving she just doesn't like being in a cage at Petco. She's a wonderful older kitten but if ou look at her she looks like a full grown cat!! Can't wait to see what she will look like full grown!
You may obtain an online application by logging on to CatAdoptionRI.org or by emailing catadoptionteam@aol.com. All of the cats and kittens are adopted out with Rhode Island State mandated proof of spay or neuter. In order to take your new cat or kitten home with you, there must be an approved application prior to adoption day. Application approval is usually within 24-48 hours. We, at CATS, are very proud of all of the cats and kittens that we help facilitate finding new forever homes, and work very hard to make sure they are happy, healthy and well socialized. All of the cats and kittens are fed only Royal Canin cat food. We are at the Providence Petco, located at 585 N. Main Street, Providence, RI every Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm and you are welcome to come by and see all the cats and kittens that are looking for new 'Forever Homes'. Hard copy medical records accompany each cat and kitten on adoption day as each cat or kitten is completely vetted prior to their adoption. The adoption donation is $150.00 each after an approved application. This is not a sale, but an adoption donation. The policy is that all of our cats and kittens will be adopted out spayed or neutered, tested for feline aids/leukemia, and have all age appropriate shots. There will not be any adoption of any cat or kitten that has not been spayed or neutered first. There will be no exceptions. This means that there is less out of pocket costs for people who adopt a cat or kitten from us and you will be in 100% COMPLIANCE WITH THE SPAY/NEUTER LAW TOO!
