Pumpkin's Story...
Pumpkin is a 9 year old girl who was rescued from a very high kill shelter in Kentucky. Pumpkin is a absolute sweetheart! She loves people and to give kisses! She gets along with cats, kids and dogs as long as they don't overwhelm her. Pumpkin does suffer from Epilepsy which has been controlled with medication. Due to her condition she would need to go to a quiet home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pumpkin, a Pineville Cocker Spaniel/Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel/Pomeranian for sale in Pineville, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel/Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Pineville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pineville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pineville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel/Pomeranian breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel/Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pineville paves the way for another one to be saved.
