OCTOBER 21, 2012, PETSMART, 525 CONNECTICUT AVENUE, NORWALK, CT  12-2 PM

 

Heidi is an owner turn in.  This is from her owners:

Heidi is a nine year-old Cock-a-poo.  She is a fun-loving dog that enjoys family interaction.  She is energetic and loves attention.  She makes friends easily and enjoys other animals and people.  She is a good family dog and plays well with children.  Heidi came from a family with three young children and she has always been a lady ~ she has truly been one of the family.  Heidi spent her young years in the country and loves the outdoors.  The Cocker Spaniel in her is evident because she is happy to snuggle on the couch or  to romp in the yard with the kids.  Heidi has been informally trained; she listens and obeys orders and she is attentive to those that are in charge ~ both on and off-leash.  Her nicknames are Heidi-bug or Hide. Heidi would be happy in a home with caregivers that can spend the time with her that she deserves and needs.  She is truly a great dog that needs more attention than our busy family of five can offer. 
Heidi is fixed, up to date on shots and microchipped.

We can transport privately to you, transport fees vary based on weight of dog.

About Our Rescue Group...
We are a rescue, focusing a great deal of our work on training therapy dogs for veterans. All donations go to feeding, housing, veterinary and training costs so that our military members are able to have a therapy dog with no cost to themselves. Our dogs also assist abused and neglected children in testifying in Court, therapy situations and adoptions.
