Meet little Thursday, who got her name because she was one of 7 kittens rescued and there are 7 days in the week!! She was found at an elderly woman's garage along with 6 other babies and 2 moms, in ONE crate with ONE litter box. They had been living like that for a month and, sadly, 4 of the kittens developed eye infections because of very unsanitary conditions in a garage.
We went to the woman's house and, upon seeing the conditions there, took the 7 kittens. We had the 2 moms spayed and returned and had the kittens vetted. Thursday was very lucky because only one of her eyes were affected. After undergoing a course of antibiotic treatment, she is now ready for adoption! Only one of Thursday's eyes was affected, that left her with a slightly different color to that eye, but she is perfectly happy and 100% healthy!!
Thursday is a very happy and adorable baby, now 4-1/2 months old. She loves to play with her brother, Wednesday, and she's hoping to be adopted together with him. Her foster mom says that sometimes when Thursday loses sight of her brother, she lets out little "meows" until she finds him!!
Thursday has been tested and is negative for FeLV/FIV, has been wormed, received all her kitten shots and is spayed! Now all she needs is her very own family!!
Please call Joann at 908-757-7030 or email laydeejoey@aol.com for more information on this little sweetie!

Rescue Group Info...
We are a small group of volunteers with a very deep passion for animal rescue. We focus mainly on bottle baby kittens, those that have been abandoned and need to be bottle fed, and then foster them until they are adopted into wonderful forever families!
Potential adopters can meet at kittens/cats at their foster homes at dates/times convenient for everyone!
We have an application process where all potential adopters will fill out an adoption application prior to meeting a particular kitten/cat. Once the potential adopter has met the pet they are interested in, and we feel that the match would be good, the adoption would be approved!
We adopt to all of New Jersey and, on occasion, to Pennsylvania and New York, as long as an adoption application is approved.
