Ruff Ruff! My name is
Goody

|Breed:||American Pit Bull Terrier||Color:||Unknown||Age:||Young|
|Size:||Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)||Sex:||Male||ID#:||5041879|
I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.
We don't know what happened in Goody's past but when he came to rescue in October he was very anxious. Since then Goody has learned a lot from his foster mom and doggy foster siblings. He is particulary fond of his foster brother, BoBo, and often licks his face after meals!
Because Goody is a pitbull, a breed that many people misjudge, we wanted Goody to be a a stand-out, well-mannered young man that can help beat bully breed stereotypes, so.....we enlisted trainer Joe Simmons.
Joe Simmons is a professional dog trainer and search and rescue professional. He is the chief training officer for Stewart County Fire and Rescue K9 Unit and a consultant for several other K9 rescue organizations. Joe will provide two sessions to Goody's adopter to "train them" to Goody. Goody is currently living with Joe and will soon be ready for adoption.
Handsome dog, time with a trainer, life-long companion...does it get any better than that?!?!!?
