Echo arrived at the shelter after her owner was placed into a nursing home. She loves to cuddle, be held and enjoys sitting on the desk while we do work. Echo loves attention and likes to be petted.She is deaf and would love to have a family who understands deaf animals. All adoptable cats can be seen at our 829 Union Ave. location in Dover.
