Dillon's Story...
Dillon here, I am a neutered male 7 mth old Golden Retriever/Cocker Spaniel mix weighing currently at 26lbs. I love to play fetch, go on walks and play with other dogs. HNH rescued me from a High Kill Shelter and gave me a 2nd chance at life in which I am greatful for. I am with a wonderful foster family but am looking for my forever family. I love to cuddle and give kisses too! Dillon is house/crate trained, neutered, current on vaccinations and micro chipped. Are you my forever home? Contact Lorna at Lorna@hopenheroes.com. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dillon, a Torrance Golden Retriever/Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Cocker Spaniel for sale in Torrance, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Torrance.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Torrance already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Torrance breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Torrance paves the way for another one to be saved.
