Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Maggie had her leg broken by children in her 'home' and was not treated by her owner. Instead she was locked in a cage to sit in her own waste with NO food or water. I picked her up from her horrible conditions and took her directly to the vet where it was confirmed she had a fractured leg....an older fracture than owner would admit. Maggie's leg will heal and she is using it more and more each day, although she will most likely always walk with a limp.
Even though Maggie has been treated poorly by people so far, she is a huge love bug!!! She loves to cuddle and just wants to be around people. She loves to 'help' you cook in the kitchen, loves to sit at your feet when she isn't on your lap. As she grows to be a big dog, she may find being a lap dog a challenge!!!
UPDATE>>>>>Maggie had a home with a great little girl, but the family had to make an urgent, unplanned move. Now Maggie is back in 'the system'. She will be living with her 4 dog friends until she can find a home. She loves other dogs, loves to play, loves to snuggle and snore! Such a great dog.
A gorgeous red coat and BEAUTIFUL green eyes on this 6 month (on October 17th) old girl. She has so much love to give, loves kids, loves to play with other dogs. She will need someone with patience to care for her and her fractured leg. Maggie's adoption fee is $200.00 and a free training session with Karin's Kanines with every adoption from TRACKING LUCKY DOGS RESCUE.
