Max's Story...
Max is a very sweet, cute, young boy that showed up on someone's front porch and did not want to leave. The lady whose porch it was, put up sings and asked around to see if anyone had lost their cat. After all that, she began to believe he was abandoned and since he was not neutered, she had us take him to the vet we use to get him all fixed up.

He is now neutered, vaccinated for feline leukemia and FIV, has been treated for fleas and is feline leukemia and aids negative.

The lady says he is very playful and affectionate and loves to follow her around her garden but she will not allow him inside. This is very sad since he would love to be able to come inside especiallly now that winter is coming!

Are you looking for a young, sweet, affection neutered male because here he is!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a Bear Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Bear, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Bear.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bear already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bear breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bear paves the way for another one to be saved.
