Mia is a purebred boxer. She is about 45-50 pounds. We just had her spayed last week. She is good in the house, great with people even kids. She is ok with other dogs as well. She DOES NOT LIKE CATS. She loves to snuggle on the couch and watch tv with her human. She also loves to get outside and play.

Mia is spayed, current on shots, will be microchipped and will receive a complete physical and certificate of health no more than 48 hrs before she goes to her new home.

We require a pre screen application. You can get that on the web site www.saveamuttkennel.info.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mia Betty's Dog, a Sherman Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Sherman, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Sherman.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sherman already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sherman breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sherman paves the way for another one to be saved.
