Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Annie is a rare beauty- a FEMALE orange tabby with the fluffiest tail I've ever seen on a cat! She came to the shelter as a stray, covered in mats and fleas. She had obviously been living on her own for a while. She was impounded and labeled as a male, until one day a volunteer who was trying to clean her up and remove her mats noticed she looked pregnant! They shaved her mats out and sent her to rescue. Annie had 6 beautiful babies (all adopted) she has been spayed, vaccinated, micro chipped, and is now ready for a home of her own! She is the sweetest girl but shy at first... with a quiet meow. Annie doesn't like a lot of commotion and would prefer a quiet, adult only household. Annie likes to hang out in the kitchen area still trying to take table scraps, even though she doesn't have to worry about starving anymore. She will tolerate and live peacefully with other cats and friendly dogs, but she will not become fast friends or playmates for them. She prefers human company over other household pets. Her fur will always need a fair amount of grooming to keep it beautiful and mat free. Annie is a good cat and has a lot of love to give. Please contact her foster mom, Denise at rescuinganimals@gmail.com for an application. Her adoption fee is $50. She is approx 2 years old.
