Betty Crocker's Story...
As you can see, my foster mom was in a baking mood when she named me....she says im sweet as pie...everyone loves me! I am happy, loyal, loving and I LOVE to play with toys. I share really well and I love other dogs and especially humans! I am very smart just like my other siblings and they think that I was born right at the beginning of August. My mama was a purebred lab. The family that had us couldn't find us homes and because we were "accidents" we ended up at the kill shelter. Thankfully the rescue is showing our pictures to all these nice people that will hopefully adopt us soon! Why Adoption is a Great Option

Betty Crocker, a Allentown Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
