Jackson's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Jackson's Story...
Jackson is a great little 8 month old boy. He is sweet, confident, and super smart! He's an easy teach, for sure! Jackson loves his dog friends, is curious about cats but doesn't seem to really care for them either way, but does care about his people friends. He looks forward to car rides, as much as a good run with his buddies. Jackson is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and is ready to be your best, forever friend!
Our adoption fee is $200. Includes spay/neuter, microchip and up-to-date on vaccines. All monies go toward rescuing more animals from high-kill shelters.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jackson, a Raleigh Plott Hound/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Plott Hound/Border Collie for sale in Raleigh, or seeking a Plott Hound/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Raleigh.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Raleigh already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Raleigh breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Plott Hound/Border Collie breeders who help with Plott Hound/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Raleigh paves the way for another one to be saved.
