Snickers's Info...

I am already spayed, a special needs pet, and up to date with shots.

Snickers's Story...
Snickers was dumped at our shelter! We had her tested and she is postive for Leukemia. So she can not be around other cats that are negative for this illness. She is not sick by any means but her life span will be shortened by this illness. She is very friendly and unless someone adotps her (she can be an only cat in a house) she will live her life in a cage. Again, she is NOT sick at this time and Leukemia means she probably wont live to be an old kitty but she can have many years to live a quality life! She is between 2-3 years, we are guessing.

I will be at Petco in Greensburg, Walmart Plaza, on Sat May 24th from 11am - 3pm looking to be adopted! Stop and say Meow!

Adoption donations is $40. She is spayed, current on shots and super sweet! Please give her a chance if you are looking for an only kitty.

Contact Mary at 724-423-5571 or email her at mary@animalkeepersrescue.org to schedule an appointment to see her! She is REALLY pretty and it's not her fault she is postive! Give her a chance!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Snickers, a Acme Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Acme, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Acme.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Acme already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Acme breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Acme paves the way for another one to be saved.
