Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Beans. I am a black Schnauzer - some say I am full blooded, but I
really don't know for sure - I am close though. I don't have a cropped tail -
thanks goodness! I am fully vetted (may have preferred that cropped tail now
that I think about it). I am a sweet boy. I am about a year old. I am still a
bit of a puppy. My first family allowed the kids to handle be kind of rough. I
think that the little girl thought I was a teddy bear. I just loved any
attention so I really did not mind. They did not let me in the house. I had
friends all over the neighborhood and just roamed and visited them all every
day. One day animal control came by in a truck and took me for a ride. They
took me to a place called the "shelter" and told me that my family could come
get me. I had to stay there for three days and my family did not come. I was
sad. BUT, a lady did come get me and now I am staying with her and her dogs and
cats. I LOVE all dogs!! I even LOVE cats!! I have had to get used to someone
being gentle with me and loving me. It is strange. I am not used to it, but I
think I could get used to it really easily! It is nice to have a lap to crawl
up in after I have played all day and am so tired.
Since I was outside all of the time before, I am trying to learn that it is not
okay to potty in the house. I am getting there. I have only been learning for
a week and I do okay but I have accidents sometimes. I blame the cats but I
don't think that the people believe me.
All I need is some love and a few toys would be nice. I love to snuggle at
night. I would also like to have another dog to play with if I can. If I
can't, I will adjust, but, like I said, I do love other dogs.
