Hello, my name is HECTOR (2yrs & 44lbs). I am a very sweet fun guy. I love meeting new people. And I seem to get along great with all the other dogs here so far. I have a ton of energy so a big family and some room to chase a frisbee around would be a great life for me. So I hope you may be looking for that special someone to spend all your lonely times with, come and see me.
Shelter Info...
The Columbiana County Dog Pound is a small, rural shelter in eastern Ohio. At one time, only a small percentage of the dogs entering the Pound made it out alive. Now, thanks to the vision of the County Commissioners, the Pound staff, and a dedicated group of volunteers, the Pound has become a source of hope. It is a place where lives are saved, not lost.
Columbiana was one of the first counties in the state to require that all dogs be spayed/neutered before leaving the Pound. This policy addresses the pet overpopulation problem at its source.
So take a look at our pooches and meet the dog of your dreams!
