Jazmyn's Story...
Jazmyn arrived Sunday afternoon from Utah. She is 5 yrs. old (dob 9-15-07) She is a fawn female, and weighs just under 15 lbs. She has been thru a lot these past couple of months, with her owner passing. She stayed with our contact in Utah for about 2 weeks, and for the first few days, she hid behind furniture. Once she started to socialize, we then arranged for foster care and transport to Boise. She needs elongated palette surgery and dental work. Jazmyn is a sweet shy pugger, who will need LOTS of love. She is currently in foster with Andrea Creek.

Broadway Vet believes she is fixed. They will shave her tummy and look for a scar when she has surgery. She is current on vaccines.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jazmyn, a Eagle Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug for sale in Eagle, or seeking a Pug dog from a breeder in Eagle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Eagle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Eagle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug breeders who help with Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Eagle paves the way for another one to be saved.
