FLECK's Story...
FLECK RIGHT SIDE
FLECK is a greyt hound but with a very unusal coloring. Depending which way you walk people you pass may think you have two dogs. See the picture below, yes it is FLECK with no brindle. That being said he is super nice 2 1/2 years old and cat safe. A bit unsure of slick floors but getting more confident every day.

FLECK LEFT SIDE
Here is our 2 1/2 year old cat safe FLECK again. He will be a conversation piece. Maybe a start of a magic career, you can make his stripes disappear.

Call 925-946-0426 for information or submit an adoption application online.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

FLECK, a Walnut Creek Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Greyhound for sale in Walnut Creek, or seeking a Greyhound dog from a breeder in Walnut Creek.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Walnut Creek already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Walnut Creek breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Greyhound breeders who help with Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Walnut Creek paves the way for another one to be saved.
