Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Scooter. I am a 1 or 2 year old male, my foster mom says I am mixed with dachshund or jack russell and I am just under 20lbs. I have short little legs that are bent funny but they make me more adorable. Let me say first and foremost, if you (or your dogs if you have them) don't like to snuggle, then you don't want me. I love to sit in your lap, half in your lap, next to your legs, curled with my foster sisters, etc. It makes me feel good. I love to play with toys, chew on bones, take walks and generally just love life. I am a happy boy that loves everyone and have done well with all the dogs I've met and even have made friends with the cat. My foster mom tells me I need to learn my obedience commands but that I am surprisingly well behaved even though I don't know much. I haven't had any accidents in my foster home but we get to go outside a lot, I should be okay in your house too. I bark a little bit, mostly at startling noises or when I see something moving outside. I will be a good boy if you want to take me home.
