Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Ozzy's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Ozzy's Story...
I am a male Picardy Sheepdog (Picard Berger) Mix. I am about 2 yrs old. I am neutered, heartworm negative, current on shots, micro-chipped and on heartworm/flea prevention. My adoption is $200.

I am a very smart and playful boy. I know how to “sit”, “give paw”, “lay down” and I play fetch. I am good with other animals and people. I need training lessons to walk nicely on leash. I will pull. Especially when I see another dog that I want to play with! I can sometimes get real nervous with Pit Bulls and might act a bit aggressive in order to get the upper hand. I might have had a bad experience once and it stayed with me making me wary.

I look a lot like the dog in the movie “Because of Winn Dixie”!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ozzy, a Orlando Airedale Terrier/Old English Sheepdog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Airedale Terrier/Old English Sheepdog for sale in Orlando, or seeking a Airedale Terrier/Old English Sheepdog dog from a breeder in Orlando.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orlando already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orlando breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Airedale Terrier/Old English Sheepdog breeders who help with Airedale Terrier/Old English Sheepdog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orlando paves the way for another one to be saved.
