My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Little Delilah was found stuck in a cyclone fence on a college campus. A loving employee of that college found her, rescued her from the fence, and had been looking for her owners while caring for her - she had even been wounded by the fence, poor baby. Her owners never materialized and he could not keep her any longer.

Delilah is only around two and a half months old, and though she is very tiny, she does appear to be German Shepherd mixed with something else. She has so much of the German Shepherd traits of intelligence, herding, and needing to be on the heed of her people! She is absolutely gorgeous too with eyes that match the rosy red color of her coat. If you love German Shepherds but don't have the room for one, then this may be the girl for you as we think she will only grow to between 20 and 30 pounds.

Delilah loves other dogs, big and small, loves our cat too, and does great in a crate all night long, even at her young age. She has not been introduced to a leash yet as she is not fully vaccinated, but we'll do that soon.
