My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Junior is Adopted

Junior is currently fostered in Chardon; Ohio, and his adoption donation is $200

Junior is an 8 yr old male black cocker spaniel that came into our rescue from a high kill shelter in KY, so we do not have any history on him since he was found as a stray.
He is very affectionate, sweet, and laid back, he enjoys spending time on anyones lap and he is very loving.

Junior was  matted and emaciated when he was found, and he had very bad yeast infections on his skin which caused some hair loss.
He is healing up very well, and his hair is growing back in.

Junior gets along well with other dogs, and appears to be housetrained.
He has a nice docile, laid back temperment, and is people friendly. He is fairly new to our rescue, and has settled into his foster home very well.
He was guesstimated to be 8 yrs old, however he appears younger now that he is cleaned up and looking much better.
We can only guess that he is in the 6-8 yr range, but he has a very jet black coat with no grey appearing anywhere, and his teeth are in good shape which is making us guess on his age.
We will post any updates necessary as we learn more about him.

Junior is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and is heartworm negative.

If you would like to adopt Junior or would like more information on him, please fill out an adoption application.

We do not have a shelter, all rescues are in foster homes - Dogs are not shown without first being approved to adopt.
