Meet Lucy.  Lucy is an American Bulldog.  We have little history on Lucy but we do know she is crate trained, and appears house broken.  She was born in 2006 and has been an enjoyable dog around here.  Lucy has shown no signs of food aggression or resource guarding.  Lucy does have a ittle quirk which puts her in the 'special needs' catagory.  Although she has played well with other dogs, every once in awhile she gets jealous if another dog is getting more attention than her and she will chase them off and at times will even grab them with her teeth.  Therefore we are recommending she go to a home where she doesn't have to compete for attention with other dogs.  With humans she is an all around nice dog.  We don't think anyone has spent a lot of time with her in the past...we were told she was chained outside alone for over a year.  We are hoping to find someone willing to give Lucy a chance and a loving home.

If you would like to meet Lucy please call and make arrangements.  Bring the whole family!

About Rock's Positive K-9 Training LLC

About Our Rescue Group...

My name is Frank Allison and I have been a dog trainer for 30 years. I train practical obedience and specialize in humanely working on behavioral and anti-social canine problems. I work with private individuals as well as rescue groups that need dogs evaluated or taught appropriate dog to dog behavior. Although I am in the business to save dogs by fixing problems between the handlers and their pets....we here at Rock's will often post privately owned dogs and facilitate their rehoming by offering to do meet and greets, and introducing prospective adopter's dogs to new adoptive dogs.
Working with dogs is not my job...it is my lifes' vocation.

Come Meet Our Pets...

To visit Rock's all someone has to do is call my office 262-662-4160 to make an appointment to come to my kennel in Big Bend, Wisconsin. I request appointments so I know I am available to personally show people the dogs.

Our Adoption Process...

Clients, neighbors, friends that have canines that need new homes due to relocation, divorce, loss of job, etc., send us information and pictures of the dog and we post them. If someone is interested in an adoptable dog our trainer will facilitate a meet and greet and will also introduce the prospective adopter's dog to the adoptive dog. Good homes are required, interviews are done, and the success of the meet and greets is analyized by a professional dog trainer. A contract stipulating the adopter promises to properly care for the dog and will return it if necessary is required.
