Abigail is 4 1/2-5 years old and is an Australian Shepherd type mix. Abigail was originally given to us by her owners who had lots of chickens that Abigail loved to chase (but the owners didn't 'love' her to do that)! Abigail enjoys life and playing! She loves her toys and her people! She is a special dog that wants to please and we don't understand why someone has not snatched her up. Her face says it all. She is a character! Abigail will need a good fence to keep her home as she is used to the country. And she will need and want to be part of the family! Please come see Abigail! Abigail will need supervision in house training. Being her age and a female, this shouldn't be hard. We recommend crating Abigail at night and possible during the day if left home alone. If you are interested in Abigail, please call the Amarillo SPCA at 806-622-0555 or visit the shelter at 11901 S. Coulter.
