Mishu's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, and up to date with shots.

Mishu's Story...
Happy and eager to please is our Mishu. Mishu loves nothing more than to go for walks and play. Mishu would do best in a home that is active and could spend time with Mishu. This big guy is quiet, non -destructive, and minds well. When Mishu first came to us he had no leash manners, however he is showing us progress. Please no cats for Mishu. Children should be 12 and up and know how to respect the Akita breed.
If interested in Mishu please go to our website at: www.bigeastakitarescue.net and fill out an adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mishu, a Toms River Akita dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Akita for sale in Toms River, or seeking a Akita dog from a breeder in Toms River.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toms River already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toms River breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Akita breeders who help with Akita rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toms River paves the way for another one to be saved.
