Scrappy Doo (Very Urgent)'s Story...
Scrappy Doo is at the shelter waiting for someone to come and spring him and take him home. He is a cute little guy, a little shy at first but he is scared in this environment. Once we got him out of the cage to take his picture he warmed right up and wanted to cuddle. Scrappy is a little male, probably about 4 years old or so. He has a cherry eye which will easily be remedied by a minor surgery before he comes to his new home. This little guys situation is urgent. Once the shelter fills up he is in danger. If you would like to adopt Scrappy Doo it's important that you let us know right away and fill out an application.

All of them are completely vetted and neutered/spayed (if age appropriate) and on heartworm protection. All of them come with complete medical records. Their adoption fee of $450 covers their complete age appropriate vetting and heartworm preventative as well as their transportation to your area.
Our rescues don't have an actual shelter building in the D.C. area. Due to this it is not always possible to meet them prior to their adoption. At times, a dog may be in foster care in New England and their bio will clearly be marked as such so you will know. These southern dogs & cats are brought up to their new owners weekly! We have a 14 day money back guarantee and the pet can be rehomed appropriately if things don't work out. Each group tries hard to get good matches in your homes so that everyone has a happy life together!
