Brutus's Story...
Brutus is a 7 month young, 65 lbs Mastiff mix. Brutus a stunning brindle coat, bright brown eyes, and always wears a giant smile.

Brutus is from a backyard breeder (we know his mom is Mastiff) and when they could not sell he and his brother for profit they abandoned them at a non-profit animal hospital. These two brothers are some of the most mellow, happy-go-lucky dogs we have ever met! Brutus is a gentle giant and will make an excellent K9 companion and member of just about any loving family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brutus, a Los Angeles Mastiff puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Mastiff for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Mastiff puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Mastiff breeders who help with Mastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
