Max-Golden Boy-His video will melt your heart's Story...

You can read all about MAX below! But first... This pet has been rescued by a good Samaritan with a big heart. This dog is looking for a forever home and is available for adoption and Molly's Mutts and Meows has offered a courtesy posting to help this dog in need. This rescuer has also been invited to show their available animal with us at our Saturday adoptions in West Hollywood.

If you would like to meet MAX...we really need you to fill out an application FIRST. You can easily fill one out online at www.mollysmuttsandmeows.org. Click here to go to application page.

And now, we'd like to introduce you to MAX.

Max is a beautiful shepherd-retriever-maybe yellow lab mix found as a stray in downtown LA. Max was taken to the vet where he has been examined and fully vaccinated and neutered. The vet has determined that he is between 6-8 years old. Max is a great dog who loves human attention. He walks with a limp due to a mild nerve problem in his spine. Though he lives with this condition, he has a very happy and is fully mobile. His rescuer even spent quite a bit of money to get him a 'wheelchair' of sorts to make walking easier for Max.  Please, please, please watch his video.  You will see him live and he will melt your heart.  You can watch him use his wheelchair in the video.

The Vet said he is not in pain and can't be sure that Max would benefit from surgery.  He seems to be happy and comfortable in his foster home and with his wheel chair for walks.  He is full of life and in need of a loving home. He would be best in a home with older kids and would enjoy going on walks and getting lots of love.

As a reminder....if you want to meet MAX...we really need you to fill out an application FIRST.
