My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

OH GOSH. This story makes many of us cry and tears come as I am writing this. Sometimes we are at a loss for words for the cruelty that people place on these animals. Blaze was spotted by a good samaratian who witnessed her owners driving down a country road, stopping and pushing her out of the car. Poor Blaze didnt know what was happening and chased after the car just wanting her people to pick he back up. She was scared, nervous and bewildered by this act of cruelty. The good samaratian retrieved her and called the local animal control office who in turn, contacted us. How could we say no to her. Makes us just want scream. Blaze is such a good girl it makes this story even that more unbelievable. She is really a love bug and just wants to be with people. She loves to cuddle. Blaze is 1.5 years old and weighs about 54lbs making her a tad smaller then that of a typical lab girl. She knows sit and walks great on leash. She is also great with other dogs and will make a great family member for most house holds. She has been socialzed with men and women and will be great with older children (maybe smaller children but she has not been socialized with them yet). She is crate trained and working on house manners, which she is doing well. Blaze is a medium energy girl and will do well with typical lab exercise and entertainment. Walking, running, hiking, swimming, dog park play and snoozing on her very own dog bed with her very own dog bones. Blaze is now spayed and up to date on all vaccinations. She is heartworm negative, microchipped and kept on prevention for fleas/ticks and heartworm. If you want to be the lucky family who turns this girls life around, please complete an online application and request her on the notes section.
