LOCATED IN REDDING AREA

Hello, I am Samson, a handsome sweet guy who loves people and is looking for a nice person with Pit Bull experience to live with. I'm around 2 yrs old and tall 75 pounds.
My foster mom says I am a smart boy who learns quickly and will pay attention and behave well with an experienced owner. I get along with the other dogs where I am staying, but I am not easy to introduce to new dogs so I might be best being the only dog and getting all the loving for myself! I definitely need a cat-free home, and it probably would be best to avoid other really small pets too. I already know some commands like 'sit', 'down', and 'stay'; I'm learning others, too. I would love to be your big happy best friend (I'm potential "couch potato" material)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Samson loving boy, a Sacramento American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
