Ember's Story...
Hello! My name is Ember. I'm a darling little lady whose estimated birthdate is August, 2012. I came to Happily Ever After with my mom (Kindle) and siblings (Tinder and Blaze) after we were found as strays near Black Creek, WI. My siblings and I were very, very tiny when we first arrived, but thanks to the wonderful care that we've received we're now big and strong and ready to find our forever homes! Some of my very favorite things are chasing toy mice, pouncing on my siblings, and cuddling up for a nice long purr-filled nap! If you think that you just might have enough room in your house for this cutie-patootie, then I hope that you will stop by HEA very soon to meet me! Snuggles, Ember **Ember is currently located at HEA's Green Bay Adoption Center, 2065 Holmgren Way. The Adoption Cener is open weekdays from 6-8 pm, and weekends from 11 am-4 pm.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ember, a Marion Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Marion, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Marion.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marion already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marion breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marion paves the way for another one to be saved.
